What is Flow State?
Flow State is our mini-ecstatic dance series designed to fill the gaps on Saturdays when we don’t host our big Friday-night events (which run every other week). These smaller gatherings offer more chances to dance together in community.

Admission
$10 — pay at the door. Come and go as you like.
Music & Format
- Curated playlists (no live DJ) exploring a range of ecstatic dance sounds.
- Opening circle with a short intro to Ecstatic Dance principles.
- Freeform, sober, barefoot-friendly dance space.
- Closing circle to land together.
What to Expect
- All levels welcome — no choreography, judgment, or experience required.
- Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.
- Arrive/leave when you need; participate at your own pace.
Community Guidelines (Essentials)
- Stay on Topic: This is a dance space — keep shares and posts dance-related.
- Respect & Inclusion: Be kind and supportive of different bodies, styles, beliefs.
- Consent & Privacy: Ask before physical contact; do not photo/video others without permission.
- Noise: Keep conversation off the dance floor; step outside or to the lobby to chat.
- Substance-Free: We are a sober event.
- Admin Role: Hosts may redirect or remove behaviors that disrupt safety or focus.
